Here’s this week’s On The Lookout:
The Colorado Springs Police Department's (CSPD) Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force (VOFTF) is looking for Nicholas Kaloi, the main suspect in a June 2026 suspected assault.
According to CSPD, officers were sent to a local hospital for a cold assault in June and made contact with the victim. They say the victim had multiple facial injuries, as well as other injuries that required them to be admitted to the hospital.
CSPD says the victim also said they had been strangled, and the suspect, identified as Kaloi, had stolen a firearm.
VOFTF has been working to apprehend Kaloi but has been unable to find him.
Officials describe Kaloi as a white male, bald head with hazel eyes, around 5 feet 7 inches tall, and 160 pounds. They also mention tattoos on both his arms and chest.
Crime Stoppers says Kaloi may be armed with the suspected stolen gun.
